CANCELLATION POLICY, NO-SHOWS, EARLY DEPARTURES
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival - remaining balance won't be charged.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, we may be able to issue you a voucher to use for different booking dates for properties in our portfolio, if we can fill your booked dates with other guests. Please contact us for more information.
PAYMENT AND SCHEDULE
50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.
A pre-authorization of GBP 500.00 is held on 1 day before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST
- provide a valid passport during online check-in
- use property with respect
- lock all doors and windows before leaving the property
- be responsible for any damage that occurred during the stay
- turn off lights and fans when leaving the property
- turn off/down the heating when checking out
- if you bring an animal (after checking it with us), take all responsibility for it and cleaning after it
- not to smoke in the rented premises
- not to do any parties or events in the rented premises
- not disturbing the neighbours
- adhere to "quiet hours" between 10pm and 7am
- immediately inform us of any damage or deterioration that has occured in the rented property, even if it does not pose any apparent damage
RESPONSIBILITY OF GOLD STAYS
- cleaning and housekeeping carried out before the arrival of the guest by a professional cleaning company
- providing the guest with household linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) according to the number of guests registered at the moment of the reservation
- offer in a timely manner a solution for any maintenance issues
- keeps the right to cancel a reservation for any reason whatsoever if it affects the integrity, payment or inadmissible behaviour of the guest that may affect the property
- relocate to a similar standard or upgrade if originally rented property isn’t available or refund the guest if the property becomes uninhabitable prior or during the guest stay
The responsibility of Gold Stays does not apply in the event of:
- thefts of or damage to personal belongings in the apartments
- outside noises, nearby renovation, construction or any other disturbance out of our control
- building maintenance, appearance or cleanliness
- insects or natural hazards that would interfere in the guest experience
- any event occurred by a hazard or third party that would result in affecting the guest’s experience in the property
Additionally, you will be shown a full agreement between yourself and Gold Stays upon booking. Please read it carefully before signing.
